About the show
Grow Your Credit Union is a podcast aimed at current and future leaders who contribute to the Credit Union movement. Our mission is to facilitate conversation and share experiential knowledge from current leaders in the space to collectively help strengthen the movement.
The approximately 30-minute variety show consists of four segments, each addressing a unique trending topic in the Credit Union sector. The show is hosted by Joshua Barclay, known for the Banking on Experience and VentureTech podcasts, and Becky Reed, the former CEO of Lone Star Credit Union.
The show's focus is on enhancing member experience and credit union growth. Additionally, it discusses general issues related to credit union management, the role of a credit union executive, talent recruitment, and much, much more.
How sponsorship works
If you sponsor three or more episodes of Grow Your Credit Union, one of those three episodes can have a sponsored guest on for the entire episode.

We know the highest value of sponsorship is having a representative from your company on the show and we’re happy to have vendors on our show through sponsorship. We treat our vendor guests no differently than we treat any of our other guests.
For all episodes, sponsors receive the following
A 60 to 90-second sponsorship ad, written by the sponsor, that is read by the host in the middle of the show.
A mention of your company at the top and the bottom of the show.
Your banner ad, 50 words of sponsor-written copy, and a traffic link on the Grow Your Credit Union blog.
Your logo will be placed on a page dedicated to showing past and current sponsors.
Your company will also get mentioned and tagged in our social media posts that promote the episode
For sponsored guest episode
We ask all guests of the Grow Your Credit Union podcast, sponsored or not, to let us know what topics they’re passionate about in the credit union space that aren’t directly related to the product they’re selling.
⚠️ We fully disclose that our guest is a sponsored guest at the beginning of the show.
If editorially appropriate, we try to work in as much of your topics into the show as possible. If not, we will work with you to ensure all topics fit our editorial and align with your product or service.
For the first half of Grow Your Credit Union, listeners get a chance to know the sponsored guests as they build rapport and thought leadership. This is a place to give value before talking about products or services that you offer.
For sponsored guests on Grow Your Credit Union, we dedicate one of our regular editorial segments to the sponsor. When we arrive at to the third segment, the guests will have built a level of trust with the audience. In this segment, our host will ask our co-host a question about what topics credit unions are struggling with in your company's field. Then we will turn to you and ask your company’s unique approach to solving the issue. This approach allows you to share your story within the editorial framework of our show.
